On a beautiful sunny day back in October, Elliot & Jessica were married at the Vancouver Golf Club.
I was so happy to provide them with the desserts for their special day.

The bride made the cute little birdie topper out of a pair of salt & pepper shakers, and they fit perfectly!

These were for guests of their store during the LouLou Magazine Shop 'Til You Drop Event Vancouver held at Metrotown.

A dear friend of ours 'Jumbo' turned 40 this fall! So when his wife, a very good friend of mine, asked me to do a Crown Royal inspired cake, I jumped at the chance.
I will have to ask for some photos from the night as 'Jumbo' was given a cape made entirely of those purple velvet Crown Royal bags- it was truly a birthday fit for a king.
The top tier is vanilla with vanilla buttercream, the bottom tier is chocolate with vanilla buttercream and chocolate ganache- topped with a Crown Royal rice krispie bottle.
A somewhat racy birthday cake all made from rice krispies!
The rice cereal is covered with white chocolate, then buttercream, and finally fondant.
