Happy Holidays From JSE!

Well it looks like December has come and gone (already!), and this post is a wee late....but I wanted to wish you all a very Happy Holiday, and all the best for however you choose to celebrate!!
I hope it was spent with close friends and family- those people that matter the most, and if it wasn't it isn't too late!

The Stafford household enjoyed several days worth of family get togethers, and while it can be tiring....we feel so spoiled to be able to spend time with our family.
1 Appie night, 2 brunches, and 2 Xmas dinners later (and still one to go), we have almost made it- let the good times, and turkey roll!!

I promise to get back to blogging and posting all the pics that still need to get up here...when things wind down next week.

Until then, thanks for following & best wishes for the New Year!!

(here is my little Sammy Clause all ready for Xmas)!

Sweet regards,

Gymboree Goodies!

Little Justin is turning one- wahoo! To celebrate his mother arranged for a birthday party at the local Gymboree- here are some treats to go with the Gymboree mantra 'Play & Music'.

These cupcakes are vanilla with swiss meringue icing, and custom fondant toppers.
The mini cake is chocolate with swiss meringue icing.

And cookie lolly's for all the little party goers!
These are meant to look a bit like Gymbo himself!

Happy Birthday Justin!

UFC Birthday Cake

A birthday cake for an Ultimate Fighting Fan!
This cake is 3 layers of red velvet cake with white choc ganache & swiss meringue icing.

Happy Birthday Mike!
