Bulldog Cake

Since I've been doing cakes (almost 3 years now..crazy!), I've been creating funny cakes for my family on their birthday. This year, since my sister is hoping to get a bulldog soon, I thought i'd find a way to incorporate that with her cake.
While this little bulldog wont be a show dog anytime soon, I think you know what I was going for, right?!
Anyway here is a choc cake with swiss meringue & dulce de leche filling for my sister's bday, along with some matching mini cupcakes.

Valentines/Birthday Cupcakes & Cookies

For my niece Olivia's birthday she wanted some heart themed cupcakes & cookies, as her party was just a few days before Valentines Day. She also had these 'groovy' cupcake pics she wanted to be included.
Here are choc & vanilla cupcakes with swiss meringue icing & fondant hearts, with buttercream & fondant topped sugar cookies.

Cookies are sugar cookies with buttercream and fondant finish.

Here is a birthday cake ordered buy a good friend of mine Lindsay, for her fiance, who happens to be a New Jersey Devil's fan!
The cake is chocolate with dulce de leche cream & swiss meringue filling.
